We offer a limited lifetime warranty that applies to the original owner and original delivery address only. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery (including wood frames, springs, joints, bases, legs and hardware).
Modifications made to the structure by the customer, including installation of third party legs, waives this guarantee.
Capsule may cover the cost of shipping replacement parts, organizing repair, or a complete replacement (at our discretion).
We produce designs internally from Capsule as well as from external emerging designers. If you have experience with furniture design, check out our new designers page for more information about partnering with Capsule.
This depends on what items are currently in stock and where they are being shipped from. Some orders can be shipped as quickly as one week, while others might take a little bit longer. You can find out specific information in the 'delivery' section on the product's page.
We appreciate our customers making every effort to be present during the time of delivery, but if you need to change the time of your delivery, contact the shipping company as soon as possible. Some of our smaller shipments are delivered by FedEx and will be left on your doorstep if you are not home.
For our freight deliveries, there will be a redelivery charge of $99 per attempt.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and apologize that you are not completely satisfied. You can return most items to us within 90 days of delivery for a refund. On accessory items (including pillows, throws and blankets), you have up to 14 days after delivery for returns. We ask that you return the products in its original packaging and encourage you to keep the original packaging until you decide to keep the product. We do not accept returns on any product that is modified, damaged, soiled or excessively used.
To return an item, start by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number and email or last name so that we can better assist you. For more detailed instructions about our return policy, and to find out what exclusions apply to returns, please refer to our Return policy.
Because our leather furniture is made through a careful process of preservation, you only need to clean it periodically. You can wipe down the leather with a warm, damp cloth and dry completely to remove dust and dirt. For the use of leather cleaning products, be sure that the product is designed for full grain leather.
Make sure to keep your leather furniture away from lengthy periods of sunlight exposure. This may lead to discoloration and weakening of the leather and the wooden frame.
Also, beware of sharp objects around your leather, as they could cause damage.
Slip covers and fabric
To make sure your furniture remains in the best possible condition, we recommend professional cleaning only. You may brush or vacuum your furniture to remove dirt and dust.
For the leather chair, use a soft and dry cloth to clean the chair for regular maintenance. If the chair is stained, wipe up the stain with a dry cloth quickly, or use a small amount of leather cleaner on a soft sponge or cloth, and wipe the affected area gently.
For other upholstered products, we recommend using water to clean suede products and light foam cleaner for all other fabrics.
Don’t worry, we'll take care of it. If we made a mistake and you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can replace it for you.
Before completing the delivery acceptance, we ask that you inspect the package. If it is visibly damaged, have the shipping company take the delivery away and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Once you accepted the delivery, please be sure to inspect the item for any defect, damages and/or missing parts. We also encourage you to keep the original packaging in the event you would like to return the product.
We will replace the item if it is still available and will handle shipping charges both ways, on the returned item and replacement. If you decide on returning a defective or damaged item without a replacement, we understand too – you will receive a full refund of the item including the original shipping charges paid and take care of the shipping charge on the returned item.
